Job description
- Bettenhausen Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram in Lockport, IL is looking for an Express Lane Service Advisor to work in our growing service department.

- This position offers weekly pay + monthly commission based on performance
Responsibilities
- Greet and engage with customers immediately upon arrival
- Consult and interpret customer needs for technicians
- Utilize exemplary customer service and sales skills to drive sales
- Serve as primary point of contact for express lane repairs and service matters
- Understand customers' problems and arrange for appropriate service
- Prioritize required services, and offer options
- Set and manage expectations of the service delivery for our customers
- Continuously keep the customer updated on repair needs and completion times
- Advise customers of factory and dealer recommendations along with prioritizing those recommendations
- Verify multipoint inspections are completed and reviewed with each customer
- Follow company policy and guidelines along with Code of Business Conduct & Ethics
- Complete required quarterly training along with required yearly OSHA training
Requirements
- 2-5 years Express or Service Advisor
- CDJR experience strongly preferred
- Reynolds & Reynolds experience preferred
- Tech savvy – ability to use and learn computer systems and iPad
- Excellent communication and sales skills in person and over the phone
- Ability to work in a high-volume environment and prioritize tasks
