- As a Staff Accountant, you will play a key role in the accuracy and integrity of the company's financial reporting. You will be responsible for performing complex accounting tasks, supporting month-ed and year-end close processes, and assisting with financial analysis.

Responsibilities
- Perform and review general ledger entries, account reconciliations, and variance analysis
- Support the month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close process to ensure timely and accurate results
- Prepare journal entries, accruals, amortizations, and other required adjustments
- Maintain and reconcile balance sheet accounts
- Assist with the preparation of financial statements and internal reporting packages
- Support external audits by preparing schedules, documentation, and responses to auditor inquiries
- Partner with cross-functional teams, including FP&A, Operations, and Sales to provide financial insight
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, strengthen controls, and enhance accounting accuracy
- Assist with implementing new accounting policies, systems, and tools as needed
- All other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required
- 2+ years of progressive accounting experience required
- CPA certification preferred (active or in progress)
- Strong understanding of GAAP and general corporate accounting practices
- Experience with NetSuite (ERP) and Salesforce preferred
- Experience with accounting for payroll companies is a plus
- Advanced proficiency in Excel; comfortable with large data sets and complex formulas
