Responsibilities

• Provides comprehensive, matrixed analytical support across all portfolio programs by delivering in-depth business case analyses, strategic project planning, and business process reengineering (BPR) initiatives. Leverages data-driven insights through the analysis of IT performance metrics to inform decision-making and improve operational efficiency.
• Demonstrates the ability to clearly present, justify, and defend findings and recommendations to stakeholders at various levels. Utilizes a wide range of portfolio management and reporting tools, including MS
• Power
• Portfolio Task Management systems, PEO
• Task Tracker, DLA
• Task Management Tool (TMT), DLA
• SharePoint, and EFM
• ServiceNow Workspaces-encompassing Program and Project Management, Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM), IT
• Service Management (ITSM), and Routing Assignment Visualization for Enterprise Needs (RAVEN)-to effectively track, manage, and optimize portfolio performance. The position requires excellent customer service skills and technical ability. Experience operating in a Government or Military culture is preferred.

Requirements

• Strong analytical skills to conduct business case analyses, interpret IT performance metrics, and generate data-driven insights
• Proficiency in portfolio and task management tools, including MS Power BI, ServiceNow (SPM, ITSM, Program/Project Workspaces), PEO Task Tracker, and DLA TMT
• Experience in project planning and business process reengineering (BPR) to improve efficiency and align with strategic objectives
• Ability to effectively communicate, present, and defend findings and recommendations to stakeholders and leadership
• Familiarity with collaboration and information management platforms such as SharePoint and enterprise task tracking systems
• Seven (7) years relevant experience
• Relevant certification from a nationally recognized authority
• Secret

• Candidate must communicate effectively with team members, team lead, management, and government customer
• Must have the ability and desire to research and develop creative solutions to unique problems with minimal supervision
