• SUMMARY: This position is primarily responsible for shipping all online orders, assisting with replenishment throughout the warehouse, and pulling transfers for the various store fronts.

Responsibilities

• Core duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
• All orders are to be filled according to both operating and compliance standards.
• Ensuring that orders and products included in each order are processed, packaged, and shipped in an accurate manner to comply with the state/jurisdiction the package is being shipped.
• Making sure that each order has all the correct items listed on the packing list/paperwork provided.
• Replenish incoming product into correct warehouse locations.
• Pull transfers as directed by transfer request.
• Organize backstock and full depleted picking locations.
• Keep all areas clean and organized.
• Maintaining and organizing adequate shipping supplies.
• Arrive on time ready for your workday.
• Product knowledge.
• Positive contributor to the team environment.
• Detail-oriented and the ability to multitask.
• Help to develop and assist with the training of new team members.
• Enforces safety, health, and security rules.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures.

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED); and 1YEAR of related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
• Ability to add and subtract two digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10s and 100s. Ability to perform these operations using units of American money and weight measurement, volume, and distance.
• Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
• To perform this job successfully, an individual should have above-average knowledge of Microsoft Suite, CRM systems, Point of Service Systems; Internet Software.
