- We are looking for a Sales and Application to join Mycronic's High Volume division working. Axxon, part of the Mycronic Group, is a leading global provider of precision dispensing and conformal coating solutions for the electronics manufacturing industry. Headquartered in Shenzhen, China, Axxon develops innovative, high-performance equipment used in sectors such as automotive electronics, semiconductors, consumer electronics, and industrial manufacturing. With a strong focus on innovation, quality, and customer support, Axxon helps manufacturers improve productivity, precision, and process reliability worldwide
- Location: Bengalore or Chennai
Responsibilities
- Preparing and developing technical presentations to explain our company's products to customers.
- Discussing equipment needs and system requirements with customers and engineers.
- Collaborating with distributors to understand customer requirements and provide sales support.
- Generating high-quality sales leads, following up after initial contact, securing and renewing orders.
- Work and manage distributors to collaborate and win business
- Developing process to meet customers' technical requirements and needs.
- Conducting tests with our system according to customers' requirements
- Documenting of these tests for future and explanation to customers, if necessary
- Development and support new applications
Requirements
- Technical Skills
- A bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical engineering or related field.
- Experience in sales and dispensing technology
- Strong interpersonal, customer service, and sales skills.
- Excellent technical skills.
- Willingness to travel within SE Asia and India
- Fluent in spoken and written English
- Strong communication skills
