Responsibilities

• Responsible for carrying out facility payroll, human resources and benefit operations in accordance with company policies and
• procedures and applicable state and federal laws. Responsible for duties not limited to employee relations, benefits,
• compensation, leave of absence, workers compensation, recruiting, prescreening, hiring, onboarding, new hire orientation,
• terminations, and participation in unemployment claims. Promotes employee relations and supports organizational goals.

Requirements

• • High school diploma required, Bachelor's degree preferred
• • 2 years’ experience in skilled nursing or healthcare related field, preferred.
• • Current knowledge of local, state and federal guidelines and regulations.
• • Strong personal organization and time management ability with attention to detail.
• • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and payroll application systems; Paycom experience preferred.
• • Strong work ethic and team player with excellent communication skills.
• • Ability to deal sensitively with confidential material.
• • Ability to understand and follow applicable regulations, policies and procedures fully and consistently.
