- Hertrich Kia of Easton is excited to announce our Brand-New, 14,000 square foot State-of-the-Art Kia Dealership!
- We are thrilled to offer you the opportunity to drive your automotive service career to the top at their new, customer-focused dealership! This exciting upgrade includes a spacious showroom, expanded inventory, and a 10-bay Service Shop - all designed to elevate the customer experience.

Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to support the Service Department, including appointment confirmations, service reminders, and follow-ups.
- Use Dealership Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools to capture and follow up on service leads.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow up as needed.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports as requested by management.
- Provide a friendly, professional, and high-energy experience on all calls to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Additional duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Highly motivated with a strong desire to succeed.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport with customers.
- Comfortable with computer systems and internet use.
- Energetic, enthusiastic, and able to maintain a positive attitude.
- Organized with a strong attention to detail.
- Able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- A self-starter with a customer-first mentality.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
