- AECOM is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to be based in Tampa, Florida.

Responsibilities
- Assists the Project Management team with management administration on a moderate size and scope project, or a portion of a large size and scope project, following set guidelines for completion of tasks.
- Organizes and carries out most assignments in accordance with standard practices, instructions, or previous training.
- Interact with Superintendents to address project questions/issues.
- Assists with and monitors change orders and other construction documentation.
- Review project costs and scheduling to ensure completion of project within budget and in conformance with contract.
- Attend meetings and report on project tasks as needed.
- May provide technical direction and guidance to subordinate managers, enforces company and project policies.
Requirements
- BA/BS in Engineering, Construction Management or relevant curriculum + 2 years of relevant experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education.
- Experience from a larger GC is preferred.
- Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- OSHA 10, 30.
- The ability to read and interpret drawings.
- Experience with building envelope trades and other relevant subcontractors.
- Experience with Procore, Bluebeam or other relevant construction management software.
- Exposure to project scheduling.
