- Partner with sales and cross-functional leaders (Finance, GTM, Enablement) to identify and solve process gaps
- Drive strategic and operational initiatives from scoping through execution
- Build strong relationships with sales teams to establish trust and drive process adoption
- Analyze ad hoc business questions and translate findings into recommendations for sales leadership
Requirements
- 5+ years in revenue operations, sales operations, or business operations, ideally in enterprise SaaS
- Comfortable owning ambiguity and operating through constant change, able to build process where none exists
- Hands-on experience with modern RevOps tooling (e.g. Gong, Clari, Claude, Salesforce)
- Strong analytical skills, comfortable working with numbers to build models, find trends, and solve cross-functional business problems
- Experience with annual planning, capacity modeling, and territory design
- Strong track record building relationships and driving adoption with new or unfamiliar stakeholders
- Uses Claude and Glean to automate recurring reporting and surface anomalies in pipeline and forecast data
