- Bowhead seeks a Program Analyst to join our team in Crane, IN in support of the Naval Surface Warfare Center – Crane Division. The Program Analyst will be responsible for maintain charts, aiding in tracking action items required for the specific contract.
Responsibilities
- Assigned to and assisting in other administrative duties as assigned
- Capture and edit photos/videos for promotional purposes.
- Communicate with vendors via email, telephone and in person, attending and tracking meeting minutes and developing slides for presentation use
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
- An Associate’s degree is required at a minimum however a Bachelor’s degree is preferred
- At least three to five (3-5) years of professional experience in a Program Analyst or equivalent role is required
- SharePoint experience is required.
- Intermediate to advanced level skills in Microsoft Office software suite - Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Power BI.
- Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of employees and outside contacts
- Strong interpersonal skills and good judgment with the ability to work alone or as part of a team
- SECURITY CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS: Must currently hold a security clearance at the Secret level. US Citizenship is a requirement for Secret clearance at this location.
