- Provide strategic, data-driven recommendations to senior leadership based on channel performance, customer behavior, and business results
- Lead ad creative and landing page experimentation, using testing and performance insights to continuously improve campaign effectiveness and conversion
- Influence and partner with Legal, Product, Operations, Finance, and other internal teams to advance new channel initiatives and achieve critical business objectives
- Collaborate with internal teams, external agencies, and partners to define timelines, align dependencies, and launch new campaigns and initiatives from ideation through execution

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence internal and external partners and communicate recommendations effectively to senior leaders
- You have hands-on experience using AI tools to accelerate your work and improve output quality, and you're comfortable sharing effective approaches with others while applying sound judgment around accuracy, customer data, brand standards, and where human oversight matters most
