• The job of Marketing Coordinator is done for the purpose/s of supporting the organization’s marketing and communications efforts under the supervision of the Marketing Director, providing coordination and administrative support for marketing programs, events, and campaigns; managing marketing assets and collateral; and assisting with brand compliance and vendor relationships.

Responsibilities

• Photography and content gathering
• Community event coordination
• Sponsorship administration
• Marketing collateral management
• Apparel and promotional item management
• Vendor coordination (non-agency vendors)
• Collecting content for newsletters and campaigns
• Managing internal marketing requests
• Trade show and event logistics
• Brand compliance checks
• Administrative support for marketing projects
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to coordinate effectively with employees, vendors, and community partners.
• Basic photography and content creation skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Creative Suite, social media platforms, or related software.
• Ability to learn and use marketing, project management, and digital asset management systems.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred (equivalent experience considered).
• One to three years of marketing, communications, event coordination, or related experience preferred
