As a Casual Concierge, you’re not just assisting guests with special requests and services – you’re spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest.

Responsibilities

• Delight our guests: Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries, requests, and concerns.
• Offer recommendations: Provide information and handle arrangements for dining, transportation, events, tours, and local attractions.
• Coordinate special services: Arrange for medical care, childcare, floral deliveries, and other personalised guest needs.
• Manage guest communications: Receive and deliver messages, mail, packages, and other guest correspondence.
• Support VIP guests: Facilitate seamless registration and provide elevated service for high-priority guests.
• Promote hotel offerings: Share marketing materials and encourage guests to make use of hotel services, facilities, and programmes.
• Assist with luggage: Welcome guests and assist with the handling, transportation, and storage of luggage as required.
• Organise and control the luggage store: Maintain an organised and secure luggage storage area, ensuring luggage is correctly stored and returned to guests.
• Manage the cloakroom: Take responsibility for the cloakroom during large events, ensuring guests' belongings are securely stored and returned efficiently.
