Junior Inside Sales Representative at RWS in IE-Dublin

Job description

• As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) , you will play a critical role in driving pipeline growth by identifying, engaging, and qualifying new customers within our regulatory change and content management business
• You will be the first point of contact for many prospects, helping them understand how RWS’s technology-enabled content transformation and localization solutions can solve real business challenges. Working closely with the BDM team, you will help convert early-stage interest into high-quality sales opportunities.
• While based within Propylon and focused on its market, the role sits within RWS's broader global SDR function and reports into the Global SDR Manager for process, coaching, and reporting standards.
• This technology sales role involves identifying and contacting potential customers, introducing them to Propylon's technical solutions, and building relationships that strengthen Propylon's market position – while also contributing to RWS's wider mission of helping organizations transform and localize their content for global impact.
• Partner closely with BDMs to execute lead generation programs and outbound campaigns
• Identify, engage, and qualify new prospects through outbound calling, email, and digital outreach
• Educate prospects on RWS’s content transformation, localization, and technology-led solutions
• Nurture early-stage opportunities and guide prospects through initial discovery conversations
• Map target organizations, identifying key stakeholders, influencers, and decision-makers
• Qualify prospects against defined criteria before converting them into sales-accepted leads
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in Salesforce CRM
• Leverage modern sales tools and techniques to personalize outreach and improve engagement

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in IT/Business/Finance or a similar discipline, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Open to both recent graduates and candidates with up to 1–3 years of experience in sales development, inside sales, or lead qualification.
• Demonstrable experience showcasing resilience and a self-starter mindset.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with excellent command of English; additional languages are a plus.
• Comfortable engaging prospects via phone, email, and digital channels.
• Experience working in a B2B environment, ideally with technology or services, is an advantage.
• Strong discovery and active listening skills
• Ability to articulate value propositions to different buyer personas
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Resilient, results-driven, and motivated by opening new opportunities
• Adaptable and eager to learn in a fast-evolving environment
• Prior experience as an SDR or Inside Sales Representative
• Familiarity with Salesforce CRM and marketing automation tools
• Exposure to content, localization, SaaS, or technology-enabled services
