Responsibilities
- Configuration of Syneos Health Unified Clinical Veeva Vault platform
- Provide expertise in Veeva Vault configuration as a certified Vault platform administrator and configuration specialist
- Manage configuration changes for Syneos Health Unified Clinical Vault per agreed priority backlog items
- Collaborate across the Clinical IT teams and work closely with Program Manager, Product Manager, IT Architects, and Syneos Health Vault Clinical Implementation team
- Complete Certified Vault Training and stay up to date. This knowledge will be used on a daily basis as part of configuration work and change requests
- Deliver product enhancements through agreed backlog process to ensure Syneos Health Unified Clinical Veeva Vault Platform follows best practices, while evolving to meet business needs
- Participate in impact assessment activities, reviewing proposed changes, and ensuring impact understood across all functions
- Experience in solution delivery with GXP systems
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Science, Computer Science or related field.
- Documented Veeva certification and experience in working in a GxP environment.
- Problem solving skills are required to solve business process issues.
- The role will understand the current configuration, but also look to best practices for enhancements without impact to other objects or workflows.
- Written and verbal skills and the ability to communicate with business and technical audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to solve problems with innovation and enthusiasm
