Job description
- The Benefits Data & Implementation Analyst is responsible for data migration and maintenance across multiple BenAdmin platforms. This includes working with our team and clients to facilitate a seamless transition and onboarding. The position is also responsible for ongoing data maintenance, reporting, and automation. This role requires communicating effectively with carriers, brokers, and clients.
Responsibilities
- Provide full project lifecycle data support for onboarding new clients and renewals following our internal process including gathering necessary information, task progress tracking, and timely delivery.
- Manage multiple migration cases simultaneously.
- Work seamlessly across multiple benefits systems.
- Gather and coalesce files from multiple carriers and vendors.
- Collaborate with our internal teams to create streamlined and positive client experience.
- Monitor, manage and resolve client service issues within our CRM.
- Research and respond to data issues and find resolutions.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in employee benefits is required.
- Experience in employee benefits platforms – ex: bswift, Selerix, Employee Navigator, etc.
- Excellent Excel knowledge.
- Strong ETL (Extract/Transform/Load) skills, ability to manage multiple client projects simultaneously.
