Responsibilities

• Quotations & Pricing
• Develop and manage quotations for customers, distributors, and OEM partners.
• Collaborate with customers to structure competitive pricing solutions.
• Support pricing strategies and manage price increases.
• Participate in project negotiations to drive profitable growth.
• Partner with Regional Sales Managers to maximize margins and achieve business objectives.
• Build strong relationships with distributors, customers, representatives, and OEMs.
• Act as a liaison between customers and HPS Engineering teams.
• Support key account growth and regional sales initiatives.
• Contribute to sales strategies that increase bookings and profitability.
• Technical Support
• Become a product expert across the HPS portfolio and its applications.
• Serve as the primary contact for technical inquiries from the field.
• Assist customers and technicians with electrical schematics and wiring guidance.
• Troubleshoot product and application issues, including voltage and installation concerns.
• Provide timely, practical solutions that support customer success.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Partner with Customer Service, Engineering, Marketing, and National Sales teams.
• Help deliver an exceptional customer experience from quote to project completion.
• Support initiatives that strengthen customer relationships and drive business growth.

Requirements

• We're seeking a customer-focused professional who combines strong technical aptitude with commercial awareness and a passion for delivering exceptional service.
• Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering, Engineering Technology, a technical discipline, or equivalent industry experience preferred.
• Strong technical aptitude with the ability to understand electrical products, applications, wiring diagrams, and schematics.
• Experience developing quotations, pricing solutions, and supporting commercial discussions is considered an asset.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with customers, distributors, engineering teams, and other stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot issues and identify practical solutions.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while adapting to changing priorities and customer needs.
• Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and general computer systems.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in quotations, pricing, and customer communications.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a dynamic business environment.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently while also contributing effectively as a member of a collaborative team.
