Responsibilities
- • Partner with senior leaders to align people strategies with business objectives, driving workforce planning, organizational effectiveness, and talent outcomes.
- • Lead organizational design, succession planning, and talent development initiatives that strengthen leadership capability and prepare the business for future growth.
- • Utilize workforce analytics and people insights to identify trends, mitigate risks, and support data-driven business decisions.
- • Guide leaders through organizational change, transformation initiatives, and employee engagement efforts to ensure successful adoption and business impact.
- • Serve as a trusted advisor on complex people matters, partnering with key stakeholders to foster a high-performing, compliant, and inclusive workplace.
Requirements
- • 8+ years of progressive experience in Human Resources, HR Business Partnering, Organizational Development, Workforce Planning, or a related discipline.
- • Proven experience partnering with senior leaders in complex, matrixed, or global organizations to drive business and people outcomes.
- • Strong expertise in workforce planning, talent management, succession planning, organizational design, and change management.
- • Demonstrated ability to leverage workforce analytics and people data to develop strategic recommendations and influence decision-making.
- • Exceptional consulting, communication, and relationship-building skills with the ability to coach leaders and influence across multiple levels of the organization.
- • Experience supporting large-scale business transformations, mergers and acquisitions, or significant organizational change initiatives.
- • A passion for building inclusive, high-performing teams and developing future leadership talent.
- • A client-focused mindset with the ability to balance strategic priorities, business needs, and employee experience while driving measurable results.
