Job description

• As a Custom Applicator & Operations Specialist, you'll help keep local farms moving by safely delivering timely application and supporting day-to-day operations at our Hedrick location.
• We will train you in the equipment you will use and give you the skills and knowledge to be successful in your job and in building a good career.

Responsibilities

• - Operate and maintain application and support equipment
• - Assist with agronomy-related services and seasonal operations
• - Provide responsive, respectful customer service on every stop
• - Complete physical tasks as needed (lifting up to 75 lbs; standing, crawling, climbing, reaching)

Requirements

• - Mechanical aptitude and interest in equipment upkeep
• - Agronomy fundamentals and a safety-first mindset
• - Self-starter who also thrives in a team setting
• - Valid driver's license; CDL training provided (DOT, tanker, hazmat)
• Entry level encouraged to apply! (Must be at least 18 years old and have a valid driver's license)
• Must be able to pass all pre-employment testing along with a background check.
