Requirements

• LV, HV & MV drives experience - highly desirable
• Electrical or automation engineering background - or relevant industry knowledge
• Strong proven ability to generate new business and actively pursue and convert opportunities
• Great lead generation ability accompanied with strong closing skills
• Practical commissioning experience
• Ability to understand customer needs and translate them into tailored technical solutions
• Strong communication, relationship‑building and negotiation skills
• A genuine passion for developing business and creating new opportunities
• A commercially minded, entrepreneurial approach
• Highly results‑driven, strong work ethic and autonomous working style
• An experienced BDM, Sales Engineer or Technical Sales professional
• From an electrical engineering, drives, motors or automation background or relevant industry knowledge
• Confident engaging with engineers, maintenance teams, project managers and senior decision‑makers
• Passionate about ultra‑low harmonic solutions and high‑performance technologies
• Skilled at identifying opportunities and converting technical knowledge into commercial wins
• Self‑motivated individual who is proactive and comfortable and productive working autonomously
• Commercially ambitious and excited to build something, not just manage an existing portfolio
• Ideally experienced within a smaller or specialist engineering business
• Looking for a long‑term role with genuine potential to grow into greater responsibility
