Strong interpersonal and management skills are essential, with the ability to build trusted relationships, collaborate across functions and inspire teams to achieve ambitious objectives.

Requirements

• A collaborative leadership style that inspires teams and promotes cross-functional alignment.
• Experience working in a luxury hotel environment in a similar or related role
• Strong project management capabilities, with experience delivering complex campaigns, events and stakeholder initiatives
• Excellent communication skills - written & verbal, proficient in Word, Outlook, Canvas and any other appropriate programs
• Proven experience working with senior management and multiple stakeholders
• Be able to manage own time and that of the team to ensure that allocated tasks are executed and communicated efficiently and effectively according to hotel deadlines
