Overview
Perform on-site installation ,commissioning, troubleshooting and maintenance for GC,GC-MS,LC,LC-MS instruments. Complete an average of 6 service work orders per week, deliver1-3 main instrument units per month. Identify and generate consumable sales leads during customer site visits
Responsibilities
- Perform on-site installation ,commissioning, troubleshooting and maintenance for GC,GC-MS,LC,LC-MS instruments.
- Complete an average of 6 service work orders per week, deliver1-3 main instrument units per month.
- Identify and generate consumable sales leads during customer site visits
- Maintain good technical communication with customers,ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Complete service reports timely,feedback field product issures back to internal team
Requirements
- Perform on-site installation, commissioning, troubleshooting and maintenance for GC, GC-MS, LC, LC-MS instruments.
