• Energy Transport Logistics is seeking a self-motivated individual who can work in a fast-paced environment and is able to multitask. The qualified candidate will provide essential clerical support to keep day-to -day operations running smooth & compliant. You must have a strong work ethic and driven to complete your tasks without continuous direction. Have a proactive approach to each day and work in a professional manner.

Responsibilities

• Managing driver compliance files
• Verify temp labor hours/punches
• Maintain Training Logs
• Maintain vacation calendar
• Manage onboarding for new hires
• Schedule meetings
• Filter emails
• Manage purchasing
• Additional tasks as assigned

Requirements

• Strong Verbal, Written Communication and Phone Skills
• Preparing and editing correspondence, reports, and presentations
• Maintaining filing systems and handling confidential documents with discretion
• Scheduling and coordinating meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff or managers
• Perform any and all other duties as assigned not necessarily related to current job description
• Relevant experience can include cartage, transportation, moving companies, customer service, logistics, linehaul, intermodal, warehouse, ground operations, and dispatching air and ocean service
• Previous experience working with Paycom, and driver compliance files very helpful
• Experience working in transportation is strongly preferred
