- Razzari Auto Centers is looking for a motivated, customer-focused Service Advisor to join our team!
- If you’re great with people, organized, and enjoy working in a fast-paced automotive environment, we want to hear from you. As a Service Advisor, you’ll be the main point of contact between our customers and service technicians, helping ensure every customer receives an excellent service experience.
Responsibilities
- • Greet customers and assist with their service needs
- • Listen to customer concerns and accurately document repair requests
- • Recommend maintenance and repairs based on vehicle needs
- • Provide estimates and keep customers updated throughout the repair process
- • Work closely with technicians to ensure repairs are completed accurately and on time
- • Review completed work and invoices with customers
- • Build lasting customer relationships through outstanding service
- • Follow up with customers to help ensure their satisfaction
Requirements
- • Excellent communication and customer service skills
- • Positive, professional attitude
- • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- • Automotive knowledge is preferred
- • Previous Service Advisor or dealership experience is a plus
- • Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
