- Quintessa Marketing is seeking a Growth Manager to serve as a trusted advisor to a portfolio of law firm clients. This role is responsible for protecting and growing existing client revenue through strategic relationship management, performance analysis, retention initiatives, and expansion opportunities.
- The Growth Manager acts as the CEO of their assigned book of business, owning client retention, revenue growth, client satisfaction, and long-term partnership success. This individual must be highly consultative, data-driven, proactive, and capable of building executive-level relationships with law firm owners and decision-makers.
- This is not a customer service position. This is a revenue-generating role responsible for managing and growing multimillion-dollar client portfolios.

Responsibilities
- Client Relationship Management
- Serve as the primary strategic contact for assigned law firm clients.
- Build trusted relationships with managing partners, firm owners, and executive stakeholders.
