Requirements
- • Expert-level proficiency in Jira administration, configuration, and workflow management (3+ years hands-on experience)
- • Strong project management experience with proven track record of delivering technical projects on time
- • Technical understanding sufficient to work effectively with software development teams and grasp technical concepts
- • Experience managing AI-based projects, ML workflows, or code-intensive Jira projects
- • Excellent communication skills with ability to manage diverse stakeholders across technical and business functions
- • Demonstrated expertise in Agile and Scrum methodologies with practical sprint management experience
- • Proficiency in JQL (Jira Query Language) for creating complex filters and reports
- • Jira certifications (Atlassian Certified Professional, Jira Administrator, or Project Administrator)
- • Deep familiarity with software development lifecycle, DevOps practices, and modern development workflows
- • Experience with Jira plugins and Atlassian Marketplace apps (ScriptRunner, Automation for Jira, etc.)
- • Understanding of AI/ML project management workflows and data science team requirements
