Responsibilities
- Provide centrally managed law enforcement radio monitoring with event logging and recording
- Alarm monitoring of intrusion detection systems
- Emergency dispatch, incident reporting and analysis
- Remote alarm panel programming
Requirements
- 1–2+ years in SOC, security operations, dispatch, law enforcement, military, or a similar monitoring environment
- High school diploma/GED; associate degree in Criminal Justice, Security, Emergency Management, etc. is a plus
- Experience with CCTV/VMS, access control, alarms, radios, intercoms, and security software
- Strong written documentation and report-writing
- Excellent verbal communication and professional demeanor
- Ability to prioritize, multitask, and make sound decisions under pressure
- Comfortable working nights, weekends, holidays, and rotating 24/7 shifts
- Strong computer skills, particularly Microsoft Office
- Ability to follow SOPs, escalation procedures, and confidentiality requirements.
- • Must be at least 18 years of age.
- • Must have a reliable means of communication (i.e., pager or phone).
- • Must have a reliable means of transportation Driver's License with a clean record.
- • Must have the legal right to work in the United States.
- • Must have the ability to speak, read, and write English.
- • Must have a High School Diploma or GED.
