• We're looking for an Account Executive or Senior Account Executive to own and grow Higgsfield's relationships across the agency ecosystem.
• You'll work with leading creative, advertising, media, and digital agencies to bring generative AI into real-world creative workflows — from campaign development and content production to scaled creative experimentation.
• This role is ideal for a commercially driven seller who understands how agencies operate, knows how to build relationships with creative and business leaders, and is excited about defining an entirely new category of technology.
• We're open to hiring this role at the Account Executive or Senior Account Executive level based on experience and track record.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle across agency accounts, from prospecting and initial engagement through negotiation and close.
• Build relationships with senior leaders across creative, production, innovation, strategy, media, and technology teams.
• Develop strategic relationships with major agency groups and their individual agencies.
• Identify opportunities to embed Higgsfield into agency workflows and client engagements.
• Navigate complex organizations with multiple stakeholders, business units, and client relationships.
• Build pipeline through outbound prospecting, industry relationships, events, partnerships, and inbound opportunities.
• Develop account strategies that expand initial adoption into broader agency relationships.
• Partner closely with Product and Marketing to translate agency feedback into product and GTM opportunities.
• Maintain strong pipeline management, forecasting, and CRM discipline.
• Help define Higgsfield's broader agency sales strategy and playbook as we scale.

Requirements

• 5+ years of B2B sales, partnerships, or business development experience, with deeper experience expected at the Senior AE level.
• Strong understanding of the advertising and agency ecosystem.
• Experience selling technology, platforms, or solutions into agencies or creative organizations.
• Demonstrated ability to own and close complex, high-value commercial relationships.
• Strong network across creative, advertising, media, production, or agency leadership is a plus.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both creative leaders and commercial and technical stakeholders.
• Strong executive presence, relationship-building skills, and commercial judgment.
• Comfortable operating with ambiguity and helping build a sales motion rather than simply inheriting one.
• Highly proactive, entrepreneurial, and motivated by revenue ownership.
• Genuine excitement about generative AI and how it will transform advertising and creative production.

• Base Salary: The anticipated salary range for this role is $125,000 - $220,000 depending on experience, skills, scope, and location.
