• We are one of the nation’s leading distributors of public safety equipment and PPE, serving fire departments, law enforcement, EMS, and government agencies across the United States.
• We are launching a new pilot program designed for highly motivated sales professionals who want the freedom of an entrepreneurial role while having the backing of a national organization.
• This is a W-2, 100% commission sales position focused on developing business with small fire departments (approximately 0–50 personnel).
• We are open to both full-time and part-time candidates who are serious about building income through performance-based sales. This role is ideal for individuals seeking flexibility, independence, and uncapped earning potential.

• Build a consistent pipeline of new fire department opportunities
• Establish strong relationships across your territory
• Generate new PPE and equipment sales
• Become a trusted advisor to volunteer and combination fire departments

Responsibilities

• Prospect and develop new fire department accounts within your assigned territory
• Build relationships with Fire Chiefs, Assistant Chiefs, Training Officers, Purchasing personnel, and municipal decision-makers

• Current or former firefighters (career, volunteer, or combination departments)
• Experienced in using fire equipment and PPE in real-world conditions
• Familiar with fire department operations, budgeting, and procurement processes
• Credible within the fire service community
• Able to build trust quickly with Fire Chiefs and department leadership
• Transitioning from the fire service into a long-term sales career
• Looking to leverage their fire service experience into high-income potential
• Active firefighters seeking flexible, part-time income opportunities are also encouraged to apply.
• This background is not required, but it is a significant advantage in this role.
• B2B outside sales experience preferred
• Experience in public safety, fire service, PPE, industrial, or municipal sales is a plus
• Experience working with government or municipal accounts is helpful
• Strong presentation and communication skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within assigned territory
