• At Parts Authority, our Warehouse Associate play a critical role in supporting our distribution operations by ensuring inventory is received, stocked, and replenished accurately and efficiently to meet our customers' needs .

Responsibilities

• The warehouse associate is responsible for receiving,
• labeling, and storing incoming shipments, assessing stock for damages, keeping a
• concise record of inventory, and accurately filling customer orders. We only want

• The warehouse associate is responsible for virtually of all day-to-day tasks that keep
• the warehouse running efficiently. The Warehouse Associate is responsible for
• receiving, labeling, and storing incoming shipments, assessing stock for damages,
• keeping a concise record of inventory, accurately filling customer orders, and picking
• of parts to fulfill orders. We only want dynamic, career-minded people who are

• Receiving, processing, labeling, and storing incoming stock.
• Maintaining clear records on all inventory and stock.
• Scan items into the warehouse management system
• Inspecting all stock for damages and keeping records of damages.
• Organizing the warehouse space.
• Preparing orders for shipment.
• Picking orders for shipment.
• Recording exact arrival and departure times for shipments.
• Operating stock management tools: for example, powered industrial
• equipment and pallet jacks.
• Counting stock and keeping inventory records.
• Routine cleaning duties
• Interface with management to ensure key objectives are realized
• Maintain safety regulations and compliance with all applicable regulations

Requirements

• Accurately follow directions, both written and verbal
• Maintain individual productivity and quality standards according to department requirements
• Regularly lift, push, pull and/or move objects 10-50lbs and occasionally lift and/or move objects that weigh up
• to 100 lbs.
• Frequently required to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, reach
• Occasionally required to sit and climb (ladders and/ or stairs) or balance
• May be subject to environmental conditions. Protection from weather conditions but not necessarily from temperature changes.
• May be required to function in narrow aisles or passageways.
• Specific vision abilities required for this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust and focus.

• 1-2 years Warehouse experience preferred.
