Job description

• As a SQL Developer & Analyst, you will build and sustain database-driven solutions that support core operations and reliable reporting. This role exists to translate business needs into well-structured data, applications, and insights that improve process efficiency. This position is an onsite position located in New Holland, PA.

Responsibilities

• Key responsibilities include designing, coding, and maintaining SQL Server/T-SQL solutions; developing custom applications and reports (including Crystal Reports); gathering and documenting functional requirements; supporting and training end users on ERP and custom tools; monitoring application performance; troubleshooting and escalating issues appropriately; and coordinating priorities and delivery with the IT team. Experience with .Net (C#, VB), JavaScript, html, typescript, and Crystal Reports will often be needed to complete certain projects.

Requirements

• -Experience with .Net (C#, VB), JavaScript, html, typescript, and Crystal Reports
• - Bachelor's in Information Systems/Computer Science or equivalent certifications/experience- 2+ years as a SQL Developer or Business Analyst (manufacturing preferred)
• - SQL, Microsoft SQL Server, Windows stack development, Crystal Reports, Windows Server, ERP management, process design/flow charting
• - Strong communication, project management, and relationship-building skills
• - Ability to travel to Ohio sites multiple weeks per year
• -Experience collecting and documenting end user functional requirements
• -Strong written and verbal communication
• -Experience with Macola ES software preferred but not required
