- The Service Advisor assists Honda Associates in scheduling automotive appointments, confirming completion of work, and reviewing repairs on motor vehicles.

Responsibilities
- • Schedule company and client owned vehicles for services and repairs
- • Advise customers on cost for routine service items and repairs
- • Open and close service repair orders
- • Data entry for warranty claims to American Honda
- • Maintain data in web-based systems for company vehicles
- • Monitor, react and respond to Service Center customer needs
- • Provide, foster and encourage daily teamwork and collaboration
- • Ensure parts are ordered for needed repairs
Requirements
- • Basic automotive knowledge desired
- • Must have good communication and customer service skills
- • Computer experience (Microsoft Office)
- • Must wear steel toed shoes
