- Our goal is simple: turn as many potential customers into real customers as possible.
- Fast follow-up is a major part of that. When someone reaches out for plumbing, HVAC, or water heater help, they usually need service soon. If we respond quickly, we have a much better chance of earning their business and serving them well.

Responsibilities
- Call and follow up with new leads
- Help customers understand the next step
- Book plumbing and HVAC appointments
- Follow up with leads who have not scheduled
- Keep clear and accurate notes in our system
- Communicate with the office and dispatch team
- Track your calls, appointments, and results
- Help improve our lead follow-up process
