Job description

• As a Recruiter, you'll play a key role in driving our recruitment strategy by attracting, evaluating, and engaging talent. With your expertise in innovative and proactive approaches, you'll oversee the full cycle recruitment process and build strong relationships with all stakeholders. Responsibilities

• Conduct intake meetings with Account Managers to agree on qualification criteria for candidates
• Source and contact passive candidates online (e.g. via LinkedIn or Indeed)
• Screen resumes and job applications
• Interview candidates and provide shortlists of qualified potential hires
• Update Account Managers on hiring status (e.g. number of screened candidates)
• Prepare candidates before interviews with clients
• Create talent pipelines with high-potential candidates for future job opportunities
• Keep detailed records of past applicants' information, including resumes, assignments, and interview evaluations

Requirements

• A genuine interest in recruitment, sales, business development, or helping people find meaningful careers
• Excellent communication skills and confidence speaking with people over the phone, email, and video
• A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and eagerness to learn
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to quickly build trust and rapport
• A self-motivated mindset with the drive to achieve goals and continuously improve
• Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities
• Comfortable making outbound calls and proactively reaching out to candidates and prospective clients
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet
• High attention to detail and the ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable learning new technology, including ATS platforms, CRM systems, LinkedIn, Indeed, and Microsoft Office
• Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, sales, administration, or another people-focused role is considered an asset, but is not required
