• What We're Looking For
• We're seeking a plaintiff-side Personal Injury Litigation Attorney with 1–6 years of personal injury or civil litigation experience who is motivated to build their caseload, take ownership of matters, and earn based on results.
• The ideal candidate is comfortable handling—or ready to grow into—the full litigation lifecycle, from intake through resolution, and has a genuine interest in representing injured clients against insurance companies.
• Defense-side PI attorneys interested in transitioning to plaintiff work and bringing firsthand knowledge of insurer strategies.
• Experienced PI pre-litigation attorneys who are ready to transition into full litigation.
• This is a growth-oriented opportunity for an attorney who wants meaningful responsibility, increasing case ownership, and performance-based earning potential.

Responsibilities

• Manage a high-volume personal injury caseload from intake through resolution.
• Develop and execute case strategy, including liability analysis, damages evaluation, discovery, depositions, motion practice, negotiations, and resolution.
• Conduct and defend depositions, draft substantive motions, and represent clients in court proceedings.
• Negotiate with insurance adjusters and opposing counsel to maximize client outcomes.
• Take ownership of case progression and litigation strategy, with results directly impacting performance-based compensation.
• Work closely with case managers, paralegals, attorneys, and operations staff to provide exceptional client service.
• Collaborate with the founding partners and fellow attorneys to strengthen one of California's recognized plaintiff-side personal injury practices.

• J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school.
• Active California Bar membership in good standing.
• Location
• Must work in-office at the Los Angeles headquarters from day one. No remote flexibility.
• Prior Firm Contact
• Must not have applied to or interviewed with the firm within the past 12 months.

• Experience
• 1–6 years of personal injury or civil litigation experience.
• Plaintiff-side or defense-side personal injury experience accepted.
• PI pre-litigation attorneys with strong experience and a demonstrated desire to transition into litigation may also be considered.
• Experience with depositions, motion practice, case strategy, negotiations, or other substantive litigation responsibilities, or clear readiness to take on these responsibilities.

• Demonstrated ability to independently manage significant portions of a personal injury caseload.
