• MJ Frick Company is looking for an experienced Plumbing Project Manager who knows how to take a project from plans and pricing to completion and closeout.

Responsibilities

• • Estimate and competitively bid plumbing projects
• • Review plans, specifications, and perform quantity takeoffs
• • Manage projects from award through final closeout
• • Coordinate manpower, schedules, materials, equipment, and subcontractors
• • Track budgets, job costs, forecasting, and profitability
• • Handle RFIs, submittals, change orders, purchase orders, and project documentation
• • Work closely with general contractors, clients, architects, engineers, vendors, and field crews
• • Identify problems early and keep projects moving forward
• • Deliver quality work safely, on time, and within budget

Requirements

• • 2+ years of Plumbing Project Management experience
• • Proven plumbing estimating and bidding experience
• • Strong understanding of plumbing systems and construction practices
• • Ability to read and interpret plans, drawings, and specifications
• • Experience with job costing, budgeting, scheduling, and forecasting
• • Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
• • Ability to successfully manage multiple projects at once
• • Valid driver’s license
