- Our client, a growing national leader in its industry with operations across Canada & Europe, is seeking a Controller to oversee the accounting operations of their production facility in Montreal.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the preparation and analysis of financial statements.
- Develop and manage the annual budget and forecasts.
- Establish and maintain internal controls.
- Manage cash flow and working capital.
- Lead and mentor the accounting team.
- Provide strategic financial insights to senior management.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in accounting, finance, or related field
- CPA designation
- 5+ years of experience in accounting or finance
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards
- Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Bilingual (English and French) preferred.
