Job description

• The Warehouse Associate is responsible for supporting the daily operations of the warehouse and facility. This position will assist with receiving, organizing, storing, and moving inventory while maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment. The Warehouse Associate must be dependable, detail-oriented, and available to assist with incoming deliveries and receivables as needed.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, inspect, and organize incoming shipments and deliveries.
• Be available and prepared to assist with receivables during scheduled delivery times.
• Verify received products against packing slips, purchase orders, and other documentation.
• Properly label, stage, and store incoming materials and inventory.
• Maintain accurate inventory organization and assist with inventory counts as needed.
• Keep warehouse, storage areas, loading areas, and other facility spaces clean and organized.
• Regularly sweep, clean, remove trash, and maintain overall facility appearance.
• Organize products, supplies, equipment, and materials to maximize available space and accessibility.
• Maintain clear and unobstructed aisles, work areas, exits, and loading areas.
• Assist with picking, packing, staging, and moving products throughout the facility.
• Operate warehouse equipment safely, as trained and authorized.
• Follow all company safety procedures and maintain a safe working environment.
• Report damaged products, facility issues, safety hazards, or inventory discrepancies to management.
• Assist with general warehouse and facility tasks as assigned.
• Maintain a professional, dependable, and team-oriented approach to all responsibilities.

Requirements

• Previous warehouse, receiving, inventory, or facility experience preferred.
• Ability to lift, carry, and move materials as required.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform physical warehouse duties throughout the workday.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential.
• Ability to communicate effectively with coworkers, management, vendors, and delivery personnel.
