Harrington Bottling Company is seeking an energetic and results-driven Area Marketing Manager to oversee sales performance, customer development, merchandising execution, and territory growth throughout the Bozeman market.

• As an Area Marketing Manager, you'll be responsible for driving sales growth across an established territory while serving as a key connection between our customers and our distribution team. You'll partner with grocery stores, convenience stores, restaurants, and retail accounts to increase product presence, improve promotional execution, and identify new business opportunities.
• This position offers a mix of outside sales, territory management, account development, team leadership, and customer relationship management. You'll work closely with delivery personnel, merchandisers, and customers to ensure products are available, visible, and positioned for success in the marketplace.
• Every day brings new opportunities to build partnerships, solve problems, and help customers increase sales through strategic product placement, promotions, and inventory management. Responsibilities

• You will manage an assigned sales territory, maintain relationships with existing customers, and pursue opportunities to expand business within your market. • You'll also provide leadership and daily direction to route delivery and merchandising teams, helping drive operational excellence while supporting company goals and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• We're seeking an individual who is highly organized, customer-focused, and motivated by achieving results. Strong communication skills, leadership ability, problem-solving capabilities, and the confidence to make decisions in a fast-paced environment are essential for success.
• Qualified candidates should have a valid driver's license and the ability to travel throughout their assigned territory. Previous experience in beverage distribution, food and beverage sales, retail management, sales supervision, territory sales, account management, field sales, or consumer goods is highly valued, although we welcome individuals with transferable leadership and customer service experience.
