• Administrative Assistant Position
• We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to keep our office running smoothly and efficiently. Responsibilities

• Screen and forward incoming phone calls, voicemails and e-mails to appropriate parties
• Allocate all vendor invoices & employee hours to specific jobs for job costing
• Data entering
• Administer, organize, and maintain project files electronically
• Collect and distribute mail
• Purchase and maintain office supplies
• Process New Hires and Terminations
• Assist with additional administrative tasks

Requirements

• Strong organizational skills & ability to prioritize workload
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Adobe PDF and Outlook
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Self-motivated; Knows there is always work to be done
• Bilingual Spanish speaker (preferred)
