- Mighty Auto Parts is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Warehouse & Administrative Assistant to support daily warehouse operations while assisting with office and administrative functions. This hybrid role is ideal for someone who enjoys a variety of responsibilities, can stay organized in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in accuracy and customer service.
- The Warehouse & Administrative Assistant will split time between receiving and organizing inventory, preparing orders, maintaining accurate records, and providing administrative support to the sales, operations, and customer service teams.
Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and stock incoming inventory shipments.
- Organize products and maintain accurate warehouse inventory levels.
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for delivery or pickup.
- Assist with inventory counts, cycle counts, and inventory reconciliation.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
- Operate warehouse equipment as needed and follow all safety procedures.
- Load and unload deliveries and move products throughout the warehouse.
- Monitor inventory shortages and communicate replenishment needs.
- Enter orders, invoices, and inventory transactions into company systems.
- Answer incoming phone calls and provide basic customer support.
- Assist with filing, scanning, and maintaining electronic records.
- Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and documentation as assigned.
- Support scheduling, data entry, and general office administration.
- Assist with customer account management and order tracking.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company procedures.
- Provide support to management and sales staff on special projects.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous warehouse, inventory, administrative, or customer service experience preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, and Word).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical warehouse duties.
- Valid driver's license preferred.
