- We're a community-rooted dealership group that takes pride in doing right by our customers and our team. We're looking for a Finance & Insurance Producer who shares those values; someone who builds trust, not just transactions, and who wants to grow with a team that genuinely cares.
Responsibilities
- Guide customers through financing with clarity, honesty, and care
- Structure deals and work with lenders to find the best fit for each customer
- Present F&I products, warranties, GAP, insurance; in a consultative, no-pressure way
- Partner with the sales team to deliver a smooth, memorable delivery experience
Requirements
- Experience in automotive F&I or financial services
- CDK experience preferred, but not required
- A people-first approach; you build relationships, not just deals
- Knowledge of credit, compliance, and deal structuring
- California DMV Salesperson License (or ability to obtain)
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred, but not required
