Job description

• We are looking for a dedicated HR Assistant to join our team. This HR Assistant role is the backbone of our administrative operations, and as an HR Assistant, you will play a vital part in every stage of the employee lifecycle. You will focus heavily on onboarding, onboarding, and onboarding new talent while serving as a key point of contact for employee relations. If you excel at fostering strong employee relations and have a passion for employee relations, we want you on our team. Responsibilities

• Coordinate the interviewing schedule between candidates and hiring managers.
• Facilitate the entire onboarding process, including paperwork, facility tours, and system setups.
• Assist with employee relations initiatives, including events, recognition programs, and conflict resolution support.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS updates with strict confidentiality.
• Ensure all paperwork meets legal and company standards.
• Serve as a primary contact for general inquiries regarding benefits and policies.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviewing rounds to identify top talent.
