Responsibilities
- Greet clients entering the showroom and field their requests
- Answer telephones and direct to the correct personnel
- Manage receipts and cash transactions
- Filing and reporting
- Stocking client waiting area drinks and snacks
- Provide support to management
Requirements
- Associates degree; bachelor’s degree a major plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, specifically when communicating via email
- Excellent typing skills (60 WPM plus)
- Comfort in interacting with clients via phone
- Professional dress code
- Able to work in a “Four Seasons” style work environment
