• Are you a motivated sales professional who enjoys building relationships, growing customer accounts, and working independently in the field? Harrington Bottling Company is looking for a driven Route Sales Representative to join our team and help expand our presence across retail and grocery accounts.
• This is an excellent opportunity for candidates interested in outside sales, territory sales, beverage sales, route sales, business development, account management, consumer packaged goods (CPG), retail sales, and customer relationship management. Whether you have previous sales experience or are looking to grow your career with an established company, we provide the tools and support needed to succeed.
• As a Route Sales Representative, you will oversee an established sales territory, promoting a portfolio of nationally recognized beverage brands to grocery stores, convenience stores, and other retail customers. You will serve as the primary contact for your accounts, helping customers maximize product sales through effective ordering, merchandising, promotional execution, and inventory management.
• Using a company vehicle and mobile sales technology, you'll manage daily customer visits, place product orders, monitor inventory levels, and identify opportunities to increase sales volume and market share. This position combines sales, account management, merchandising, and customer service in a dynamic, fast-moving environment.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with retail customers while managing a dedicated sales route. Develop existing accounts, identify growth opportunities, present new products and promotions, place and review customer orders, and ensure products are properly displayed and merchandised. You'll also help support in-store marketing initiatives, maintain accurate sales records, and deliver outstanding customer service while representing Harrington Bottling and Pepsi brands in the marketplace.

Requirements

• Successful candidates are self-motivated, customer-focused, and comfortable working independently throughout the day. Strong communication, problem-solving, time management, and organizational skills are essential. Experience in route sales, outside sales, retail sales, beverage distribution, food service sales, account management, merchandising, or business development is beneficial but not required.
• A high school diploma or equivalent
• A valid driver's license and good driving record
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
• Basic technology skills and comfort using tablets or mobile applications
• The ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities efficiently
