Responsibilities

• - Answer phones, greet customers, and respond to email inquiries
• - Prepare estimates and process customer orders accurately
• - Keep jobs organized and moving through production
• - Assist with producing graphics (printing, trimming, laminating)
• - Help assemble signs and prep graphics for installation
• - Support installers and production staff as needed
• - Package finished signs and graphics for pickup or install
• - Perform quality checks so work goes out right the first time

Requirements

• - Are organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
• - Communicate clearly by phone, email, and in person
• - Are comfortable with basic math, measurements, and accuracy
• - Like hands-on work and aren’t afraid to pitch in
• - Take pride in doing things correctly, not cutting corners
• - Enjoy being part of a team that works hard and has each other’s backs
• - Customer service or office support
