• CAPITAL Subaru of Greensboro is seeking an Automotive Service Advisor to join our exceptional team. As the primary point of contact for our loyal and growing customer base, you will play a key role in delivering an outstanding service experience. Working in our state-of-the-art facility alongside a supportive and experienced team, you will assess customers' vehicle service needs, schedule appointments, and coordinate with our service department to ensure repairs and maintenance are completed efficiently and exceed customer expectations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough vehicle inspections to accurately diagnose problems and recommend necessary repairs and maintenance
• Provide detailed explanations of recommended services and associated costs to customers, ensuring transparency and trust
• Schedule service appointments and manage the service department's workload efficiently
• Collaborate with technicians and other team members to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of repairs
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally, striving to resolve issues to their satisfaction
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety and cleanliness standards
• Other duties assigned

Requirements

• Experience in automotive service advising or a similar customer service role within the automotive industry preferred
• Strong knowledge of automotive systems and components, including diagnostic procedures and repair techniques
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and work effectively as part of a team
• Proficiency in computerized systems and software applications used for estimating, scheduling, and invoicing
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check
