Responsibilities
- Lead, recruit, hire, and develop a high-performing sales team
- Coach and mentor sales professionals to consistently exceed goals
- Drive accountability and ensure company standards are met
- Support and assist the Finance Department as needed
- Step in to close deals and handle customer escalations with professionalism

Requirements
- Proven Automotive Sales Manager experience
- F&I and special finance expertise
- Documented track record of success and performance
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including Saturdays
- Team-oriented mindset with a positive, driven attitude
- Professional appearance and strong customer presence
- Willingness to complete background check and drug screening
