- Were hiring a focused and steady-handed Cleanroom Lab Tech to inspect and assemble small, intricate components under a microscope in a precision-driven environment.

Responsibilities
- Inspect small parts using a microscope for extended periods
- Assemble and handle tiny, fragile components with extreme precision
- Use tweezers, tools, and light machinery to manipulate parts
- Perform in-process quality checks to ensure adherence to strict specifications
- Document inspection findings and assembly data accurately
- Identify and isolate defective components
- Maintain cleanroom and lab standards throughout the work area
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety protocols
- Assist with calibration and basic maintenance of equipment
- Collaborate with team leads to meet production timelines
- Cross-train in related tasks and support other departments as needed
Requirements
- High attention to detail and excellent hand-eye coordination
- Comfortable working under a microscope for long periods
- Prior lab or fine assembly experience a plus, but not required
- Ability to work independently in a quiet, focused setting
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Must be able to follow written and verbal instructions in English
