Responsibilities
- Office Coordination: Manage daily administrative operations, including filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies.
- Documentation: Assist in the preparation of manufacturing reports, shipping documents, and internal memos.
- Communication: Act as a primary point of contact for internal departments and external vendors via phone and email.
- Scheduling: Coordinate meetings, maintain calendars, and assist with travel arrangements for management.
- Process Improvement: Once trained, identify ways to streamline administrative workflows to support the production floor.
Requirements
- Foundational Experience: Proven experience in an administrative or office support role is required.
